5,700 Jobs and 1,200 Industries
The following is a brief overview of an ERI Economic Research Institute affiliated salary survey that is offered on a complimentary basis to serve as a salary guide. Salary survey reports are customized on demand by geographic area (state/province or national) and small or large revenue size. (Benefit surveys are also available.) Data shown represents real compensation, job salaries, and wages and not salary calculator estimates.

Salary survey information was obtained for 300 benchmark jobs. This year's survey includes 54 executive titles. Analysis of the salary information received resulted in a survey report of 330 plus pages, entitled All Nonprofit Organizations - 2008.

Fundraisers working in the All Nonprofit Organizations industry have a median base annual salary of $83,654, and a mean base annual salary of $84,840. Their median total annual cash compensation (salary plus cash bonuses and /or cash profit sharing) is $95,639, while the mean total annual cash compensation is $84,840. 10% of these Fundraisers have a total annual cash compensation of over $217,036. At the other end of the spectrum, 10% of these Fundraisers have total annual pay rates of $72,006 or less.
