Religious Support Services Salary Survey

Indiana's Religious Support Services Salary Survey reports nonprofit compensation survey data for 117 benchmark jobs, accompanied by verifying source comparisons used by the IRS, courts, and 10,000 subscribers. Abbott, Langer Association Surveys is the sponsor of this 2010 participant and digitized wage, incentive, and compensation survey for religious support services entities, available by organization size, nationally or by state.
IRS Form 990 has been dramatically revised as it relates to executive salaries; review the changed form, instructions, and rationale for the changes at the charities section of the IRS website. Organizations must report on the process of setting top management pay and, according to the IRS, that process should include the following:
Review and approval by a board;

The Religious Support Services Salary Survey reports market-based pay data for 19 executive compensation and salary comparisons and 98 non-management salary benchmark jobs.
