Narrow your search for reliable salary survey data for the architecture industry!
Oklahoma's Architecture Survey provides you with comprehensive pay data from three sources for benchmark jobs found in architectural firms. ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Architecture Compensation Survey, which is available for each state and on a national basis by organization size.
The 2008 Architecture Compensation Survey reports market-based pay data for approximately 65 benchmark job titles found in the architectural industry. Three sources of data are provided in this survey to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public compensation databases, and participant data. Two pages of data are reported for each benchmark job and include a job description, total annual direct compensation, survey mean, survey median, percentiles, incentive/variable pay, graphs with data points and years of experience, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates from ERI’s Geographic Assessor, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO). The effective date of the survey data is March 31, 2008.
ERI Salary Surveys offers numerous job function, sector, and industry compensation survey reports that provide the data needed to develop and maintain pay programs that assist in attracting, motivating, and retaining qualified employees. To ensure that your organization maintains a desired competitive pay position, regular benchmarking with the market is required. ERI Salary Surveys publishes annual reports by state or on a national basis by organization size so that current data is available to you as you need it.
