Reliable salary survey data can help you stay ahead of the pack!
Oklahoma's Lobbying & Advocacy Survey can provide you with the information you need to create a competitive compensation package for positions in this industry. ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Lobbying & Advocacy Compensation Survey, which is available by organization size for each state and on a national basis.
The 2008 Lobbying & Advocacy Compensation Survey reports market-based pay data for more than 125 benchmark job titles concerned with lobbying and advocacy. Three sources of data are provided in this survey to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public compensation databases, and participant data. This report provides the following for each benchmark job: a job description, incumbent counts, total annual compensation, survey mean, survey median, percentiles, incentive/variable pay, rates of error, graphs with dots representing a statistical population, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates from ERI’s Geographic Assessor, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO).
ERI Salary Surveys offers a wide range of industry-specific and job function surveys that provide the data you need to maintain effective pay programs. The labor market in lobbying and advocacy can be competitive so you can’t afford to leave pay programs to chance. Regular comparisons of benchmark jobs with the external market are needed to ensure that a desired pay position is maintained. ERI Salary Surveys publishes annual reports by organization size on a state-wide or national basis so that current, reliable data is available to you when you need it.
