Our salary surveys can tell you if you’re paying too much….or too little!
Oklahoma's Safety & Security Services Survey reports market data for the state from three different sources in one salary survey so that you can identify when your pay levels aren't competitive. The 2008 Safety & Security Services Compensation Survey is sponsored by ERI Salary Surveys and is available for each U.S. state and on a national basis by organization size.
The 2008 Safety & Security Services Compensation Survey reports market-based pay data for approximately 75 benchmark job titles in the safety and security services industry. Three sources of data are provided in this salary survey to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public databases, and participant data from safety and security services organizations. Two pages of data are reported for each benchmark job and include a job description, incumbent counts, total annual direct compensation, survey mean, survey median, percentiles, incentive/variable rates of pay, rates of error, graphs with dots representing a statistical population, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO).
ERI Salary Surveys offers numerous industry-specific and job function compensation survey reports that provide the data you need to develop and maintain competitive pay levels. It is extremely important that rates of pay are regularly benchmarked to the market to ensure that a desired pay position is maintained. ERI Salary Surveys publishes annual reports by state or on a national basis by organization size so that current data is accessible when you need it.
