Savings & Loan Survey Report can provide you with the data you need to accurately market price your benchmark jobs in the savings and loan industry to ensure continued competitiveness in the marketplace. - ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Savings & Loan Compensation Survey, which is available for each state and on a national basis by organization size.
The 2008 Savings & Loan Compensation Survey provides market-based pay data for more than 200 benchmark job titles found in the savings and loan industry. Three sources of data are reported in this industry survey to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public compensation databases, and participant data from organizations in the industry. This report contains more than 400 pages and gives the following data for each benchmark job: a job description, incumbent totals, total annual compensation, survey mean, survey median, percentiles, incentive/variable pay, rates of error, graphs with dots representing a statistical population, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates from ERI's Geographic Assessor, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO).
ERI Salary Surveys provides quality compensation data in a full suite of survey products. Our industry, sector, and job function compensation surveys provide the data you need to maintain competitive compensation programs. It is extremely important that benchmark jobs are regularly compared with the external market to ensure that a desired pay position is maintained versus the competition. ERI Salary Surveys publishes annual reports by organization size on a state-wide or national basis so that current data is always available when you need it.

Data Description
The 2008 Savings & Loan Survey provides market-based pay data for benchmarking approximately 200 jobs in the savings and loan industry. Data presented in this survey come from three data sources and represent input from organizations located throughout the United States. The effective date of the survey data is March 31, 2008.
