The 2008 Legal Services Survey provides market priced compensation data for benchmark positions relevant to positions in the Legal Services Industry. Data contained in the survey was principally extracted from 1) for-profit information taken from SalariesReview and ERI Assessor Series databases, and 2) compensation data from tax-exempt/public organizations. Data represents input from organizations in all fifty (50) States and the District of Columbia. March 31, 2008 was used as the projected data date.
