Services ProvidedRather than attempt to be "all things to all men," we place limits on the types of assignments which we will accept. In line with the particular specialties of our staff, we provide comprehensive consulting services in all phases of human resources management (but specifically excluding the area of labor relations). Clients ServedAlthough Chicago-based, we are most pleased to serve clients regardless of location. Clients have included such diverse organizations as associations and other not-for-profit organizations, food & beverage processors, governmental agencies, hospitals & nursing homes, insurance companies, magazines, manufacturing firms, etc. They vary in size from extremely small organizations to those with over $4 billion in annual sales volume, and include firms that are local, regional, national, and international in scope of operations. We and our Associates include specialists with extensive backgrounds in a variety of management and research areas. Included are psychologists, and personnel and training specialists. The psychologists all hold the PhD Degree. The personnel and training specialists hold appropriate degrees and have each had over ten years of experience. At various times, each of our Associates has served on the faculty of one or more prestigious educational institutions, including DePaul University, Illinois Institute of Technology, Loyola University, Purdue University, and the University of Wisconsin.
Charges for consulting services are made on either a fee-for-project or a per diem basis. A cost proposal is submitted to and approved by the client in advance of each assignment. There is no charge for the time involved in an exploratory meeting, although reimbursement for travel expenses is requested.
