Abbott, Langer Association Surveys is the sponsor of this 2009 participant and digitized wage, incentive, and compensation survey for international, foreign affairs and national security entities, available by organization size, nationally or by state.
IRS Form 990 has been dramatically revised as it relates to executive salaries; review the changed form, instructions, and rationale for the changes at the charities section of the IRS website. Organizations must report on the process of setting top management pay and, according to the IRS, that process should include the following:
