Oklahoma's
Engineering Geotechnical Survey can help you stay on top of the market. ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Engineering Geotechnical Compensation Survey, which is available for each state and on a national basis by organization size.
The 2008 Engineering Geotechnical Compensation Survey reports market-based pay data for approximately 68 benchmark job titles in engineering/geotechnical job functions. This survey provides three sources of data to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public compensation databases, and participant data. Two pages of data are reported for each benchmark job and include a benchmark job description, incumbent counts, total annual compensation, survey mean, survey median, deciles/quartiles, incentive pay, rates of error, graphs with dots representing a statistical population, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates from ERI’s Geographic Assessor, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO). The effective date of the survey data is March 31, 2008.
ERI Salary Surveys offers a wide range of industry and job function compensation survey reports that provide the data you need to maintain competitive compensation programs. It is extremely important that pay structures are regularly benchmarked to the market to ensure that the organization maintains a desired pay position versus the competition. ERI Salary Surveys publishes annual reports by state or on a national basis by organization size so that current, relevant data is always available to you.
