Our salary surveys keep you from having to guess about competitive pay in the freight forwarding industry!
Oklahoma's Freight Forwarding Survey reports salary survey data from three different sources in one survey report for hard-to-find jobs in the freight forwarding industry. ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Freight Forwarding Compensation Survey, which is available for each state and on a national basis by organization size.
The 2008 Freight Forwarding Compensation Survey reports market-based pay data for approximately 85 benchmark jobs in the freight forwarding industry. This survey provides three data-rich sources of market data to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public compensation databases, and participant data from organizations in the industry (as available). The report provides two pages of data for each benchmark job which include a benchmark job description, incumbent totals, total annual direct compensation, survey mean, survey median, percentiles, incentive/variable pay, rates of error, graphs with dots representing a statistical population, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates from ERI’s Geographic Assessor, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO). The effective date of the survey data is March 31, 2008.
Numerous industry, sector, and job function salary survey reports are published by ERI Salary Surveys. Our surveys provide the market data needed to develop and maintain competitive compensation programs. To ensure that effective pay programs stay ahead of the competitive market, pay structures should be regularly benchmarked with reliable data from the external marketplace. ERI Salary Surveys publishes annual reports on a state-wide or a national basis by organization size so that current, relevant data is available when you need it.
