Oklahoma's Youth Development Services Survey provides you with three sources of quality salary data so that you can market price jobs in the youth development services sector in a snap! ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Youth Development Services Compensation Survey, which is offered for each state and on a national basis by organization size.
Use the 2008 Youth Development Services Compensation Survey to access comprehensive market-based salary survey data for approximately 75 benchmark job titles, including 19 executive titles. This salary survey consists of more than 150 pages and provides 3 data-rich sources of pay information that include data taken from tax-exempt public compensation databases, for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, and participant data from youth development services agencies.
