The 2008 Compensation in Food & Beverage Processing Survey reports data collected from survey participants, for-profit pay data extracted from ERI’s compensation databases, and tax-exempt pay data from public compensation databases. Two pages of data are reported for each benchmark job and include a benchmark job description, graphed data points, total direct compensation, mean/median data, percentiles, incentive/variable pay, rates of error, Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCOs), and trended EEO-1 demographic estimates. Data from approximately 450 organizations represent input from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The effective date of the survey data is March 31, 2008.
