Having trouble finding relevant salary survey data for your legal staff?
Oklahoma's Legal & Related Survey can provide you with the data you've been needing. ERI Salary Surveys is the sponsor of the 2008 Legal & Related Survey. This compensation survey is available for each state and on a national basis by organization size.
The 2008 Legal & Related Survey reports market-based compensation data for more than 130 benchmark jobs in the legal job function and related areas. Three sources of data are provided in this survey to include for-profit compensation data taken from ERI databases, pay data extracted from tax-exempt public compensation databases, and participant data (where available). Two pages of data are reported for each benchmark job and include a benchmark job description, total direct compensation, mean/median data, percentiles, incentive/variable pay, graphs with pay by years of experience, trended EEO-1 demographic estimates from ERI’s Geographic Assessor, and Selected Characteristics of Occupation (SCO).

For entities who use competencies rather than jobs to describe work, review the competitive ranges reported by ERI's C3 Family Matrix. For job titles not in this survey, see ERI's unique Assessor Series products.
