All orders are shipped to destinations within the continental United States via FedEx ground within two working days. Same-day requests received after 1:00 p.m. Central Time are not guaranteed to ship the same day, but will ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Air Service (FedEx Next-Day Air, FedEx Two-Day Air, or UPS) is also available for an additional charge.

Shipments to Puerto Rico and Canada go by U.S. Postal Service. Shipments can be made to anywhere in the world - please contact us for additional information for deliveries outside the U.S.

FedEx's "Guaranteed Day-Definite Delivery" schedule to commercial locations within the continental United States requires five days or less.

TERMS: NET 30

Orders from outside the U.S. must be pre-paid by check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Email (mailto:sales@abbott-langer.com) or phone (708/672-4200) with shipping address and books desired for the shipping charges. Then, print this order form and mail with check.

If anything does not meet your expectations after you have reviewed your shipment for 15 days, just follow the instructions on your invoice to return it. We will refund your organization's payment or exchange it if you like. You can count on us to do whatever is right and reasonable.

Exceptions:

Computer software cannot be returned for refund, although several have demo diskettes available at little or no cost. Please inquire before ordering.
Special handling charges, such as Same-Day Shipping, and for Overnight and Two-day delivery services cannot be refunded. (Standard shipping and handling charges are covered by the guarantee.)
